Our Funding Approach

A sustainable four pillar approach rewards and encourages any individual who wants to look outside the box: knowledge, salary & security, professional development & advancement, challenges.

We gladly share our know-how with young talents: in internships and trainee programs, with working students, while overseeing a student’s dissertation work, or:

  • within the framework of lecture series at the HTW Dresden,
  • during the steady expansion of our network with training partners and the participation in trade fairs for graduates
  • with an annually recurring promotion of scholars via the Scholarship Germany program Sholarship Germany program of the Federal Ministry
  • through the ongoing development of the trainee program as a fundamental part of our talent management and as an active part of our network
  • through constant exchange with our trainees; they are taking on responsibilities for tasks while we support the steady and long-term development of their expertise
