With this declaration on data privacy protection, Wildstyle Network intends to make all data processing operations of all corporate web sites transparent. Wildstyle Network GmbH (private limited company), as well as all its affiliated companies, commit themselves to respecting the privacy of the data of visitors to their web pages. Who edits and maintains this data?

The permanent employees of Wildstyle Network GmbH as well as those of affiliated companies (executive members of corporate members) are entitled to enter data. You may correct and update your own data. You may request that administrative staff correct your data. Your personal data will not be communicated to third parties, but will serve solely for internal communication. Employees of companies affiliated with Wildstyle Network are entitled to enter data into the database. Third parties will not have access to personal data.

Are these databases compatible with data privacy protection?

The Federal Data Protection Act protects personal data relating to natural persons. Data of legal persons are not covered by this protection. The Federal Data Protection Act, Section 28, Paragraph 3, Sentence 3, permits the publication of data summarized in lists, e.g. about companies and corporations of an association, provided that the data is related to specific information and the publication does not oppose any legitimate interest of the legal person concerned.

In § 10, the Federal Data Protection Act permits the creation of an automated procedure that allows the transmission of personal data on demand, provided this procedure is deemed reasonable for the tasks or business purposes of the stakeholders and does not oppose any legitimate interests.

All data stored in the databases on the web pages of Wildstyle Network (,, may be edited independently by users according to the "right to informational self-determination", or it may be communicated by Wildstyle Network GmbH to any user of the website upon request for information about personal data stored.
