After founding the first international Nature Awards & Festivals in 2001, Steve decided to establish a creative agency. Since then he has focused on further strategic development of Wildstyle Network GmbH. He nurtures many different kinds of software & service startups, which in turn have enriched the core competencies of the boutique & creative agency since 2008 and have also contributed to its growth. After studying Communication Sciences at TU Dresden, he graduated with a business management and marketing degree and has focused his attention on these subject fields: consumer, lifestyle, technology, and sustainability.
Anja Neufert

Anja Neufert

Senior Project Management

Four years ago, Anja committed herself with heart and soul to Wildstyle. Since then she has been pulling the strings of the Agency. Be it in communication with customers or within her teams, her wire is always hot. After studying German Language and Literature as well as Corporate Communications, she specialized–step by step–in target groups such as younger and older students, and the Young Mindsets–particularly during her work at the nationwide youth magazine SPIESSER, where she was responsible for special publications. With this know-how, she has been in charge of the Microsoft account for the university student audience and is also the contact person–in terms of concept, strategy, and consulting–for all other clients. Be it while traveling, playing sports, being outdoors, or sitting at the piano, Anja is versatile and knows how to slow down and find inspiration.
Ralf Halgasch

Ralf Halgasch

Director Digital & Partner

For more than ten years, Ralf has determined the strategic and substantive direction of wsn online relations (wsnor) –the digital branch of Wildstyle Network GmbH. After studying Media Computer Science, he worked for five years as a lecturer at the University of Technology & Economics, thereby linking higher education with practice-oriented client challenges. Since 2008 and as digital architect, he has focused his attention on the building and specialization of his teams, as well as the startups Little Bird, Ad Portable, and the New York rising star Compass.to. He finds his balance in the vertical challenges of the Saxon sandstone areas and in actively accumulating cycling and hiking kilometers.
Kathrin Hauptmann

Kathrin Hauptmann

Head of Concept & Content

Kathrin loves to cook and travel to countries with seething unrest. This gives her the strength to transform lead content into gold. Since finishing her studies in education, sociology, and philosophy in 2007, her heart has been beating for Wildstyle Network. In addition to the segmentation of target and style groups, she supplies comprehensive online and offline concepts to brands. Her focal points are content and community management. Thematically, her topics are students, finance, food & beverage, and digital brand management through content.
Katharina Hahn

Katharina Hahn

Digital and Live Communication

Katha loves creativity in all its aspects – be it in the studio with brush and oil paint, or as a Wildstyler on the leadership team. After studying Event Management, she joined the company in 2009 and has strengthened the Dresden site, first as event assistant and then, since 2011, as lead for live communication. She focuses on bringing brands and products as experiences into the real world, thereby leaving a lasting positive impression on the public. In terms of content, she focuses on experiences & storytelling, mobile technology/ apps, music & brand, and deals with showrooming and other mobile trends.
