Paigo to Riverty: a fintech transformation

Paigo was a traditional financial services company. Riverty is a modern fintech brand. Getting from one to the other required a complete digital transformation.

We rebuilt the digital ecosystem from the ground up: new brand identity, new digital products, new user experience across every touchpoint. The project won the Digital Leader Award.

The key was treating digital transformation not as a tech upgrade, but as a ​ shift — from process-driven to customer-driven, from legacy to velocity.
